Practical relevance in the MBA - Human Resource Management online study programme
Your specialisation consists of the modules "Human Resource Management: Theory" and "Human Resource Management Practice" and offers you a balanced combination of theory and practice. You first deal with the initiation, design and implementation of reality-based projects in theory. Afterwards, you will put yourself in the role of the responsible HR Manager with the help of a concrete project and master challenges out of the everyday life of HR managers.

HR Business Partner
When managers have an enquiry about employees, you are the first point of contact as an HR Business Partner. You can also advise employees at any time and, if required, take care of labour law issues. As a Management Coach, you identify potential and undesirable developments in the team and work out appropriate solutions together with those responsible. You also maintain communication between HR and other departments.
In this position, you proactively attract new team members. Active sourcing, proactive talent acquisition and networking are part of your core tasks. You also create talent pools, review application documents, organise job fairs and conduct preliminary interviews with promising talents.
People Development Manager
As a People Development Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the professional development of employees, analysing personnel development needs and implementing the necessary measures. In addition, you develop and control personnel development instruments with regard to their quality, sustainability and costs. In order to support and motivate your team members in the best possible way, you train them in the development of social skills with the help of mentoring, coaching and seminars. In addition, you develop integration events and a selection of improvement measures for the workplace.

The total price includes a one-off graduation fee in the amount of €699 for Bachelor’s degree courses and €799 for Master’s degree courses. This fee is payable at the end of your studies.
Optional additional charges for international exams
Separate charges are payable for exams taken outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These are to be paid to the exam centre on site and currently amount to (where necessary in the local currency):
For exams taken this way, 120 euros is payable for single or multiple exams taken within an exam slot lasting up to max. 120 minutes.
For exams lasting more than 120 minutes up to 360 minutes, 170 euros is payable to the respective institute per exam slot.
As an alternative, students can make use of our online exam option which allows them to sit their exams at any place and time without any additional charges.
Career coaching: this offer is available to Bachelor’s degree students (with at least 120 ECTS) and Master’s degree students.
For the bachelor's degree program in product design, you will need model building materials and services such as FabLabs and Makerspaces for about 200.00 euros.
For the bachelor's degree program in electrical engineering, you will need hardware products such as an Arduino KIT, an FPGA board and a multimeter/oscilloscope/function generator for about 600.00 euros.
Additional costs for your Master's for Professionals: One-time fee for master’s entrance exam: 500€ (includes the course „Academic Work“)
Cloud-based open source tools: in order to make use of cloud-based open source tools during your studies, you will need a desktop PC or laptop. Neither is included in the package of services we provide.

Proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience at the beginning of the study programme (this must be acquired after completion of the undergraduate degree) and at least two years of qualified professional experience by the end of the study programme.
We, therefore, ask for proof of your English language skills*. If English is your native language or you graduated from an English-speaking school/university, you don’t need to prove your English skills.
