We have two 60 ECTS programmes and one 120 ECTS programme in pedagogy.
Admission requirements for the 60 ECTS programme E-counselling in pedagogy:
- If you have at least 210 ECTS from a completed bachelor’s degree or diploma: one year of professional experience
- If you have 180 ECTS from a completed bachelor’s degree: two years of professional experience or one year of professional experience and completion of courses amounting to 30 ECTS

Admission requirements for the 60 ECTS programme Leadership in pedagogy:
- If you have at least 210 ECTS from a completed bachelor’s degree or diploma: one year of professional experience

- At least 180 ECTS from a completed bachelor’s degree or diploma focusing on (social) pedagogy or educational science

Your electives in the field of pedagogy
Your master’s programme in the field of pedagogy is as practice-oriented as possible. In the 60 ECTS programmes, you get to choose one subject area from six modules. In the master’s programme E-counselling in pedagogy, you can focus on areas such as diversity management, challenges of teaching and learning in virtual spaces or challenges of organisational development in pedagogic spaces. The master’s programme Leadership in pedagogy offers you options such as diversity-aware leadership, employment laws or diversity-oriented organisation development. In the 120 ECTS programme Pedagogy, educational counselling and leadership, you choose two out of 13 modules to prepare for your career. Your options include digital ethics in educational and advisory contexts, development of digital structures in educational and advisory facilities or inclusive pedagogy.

(E-)Educational counsellor in professional training
As an (E-)educational counsellor, you advise adolescents and adults on their professional training – in person or online. Your task is to analyse the foundation and develop solutions starting from there.

Pedagogic manager in educational organisations
You are in charge of all pedagogic processes and concepts in the educational system, ensure managers and employees are engaged in goal-oriented tasks and stay focused on the targets. Your goal: completing projects and solving problematic situations as efficiently as possible. In addition, you are in charge of personnel placement and public relations.
