Construction Project Management is the original form of project management. Complex construction projects – such as infrastructure and transport buildings, residential and commercial properties, or even industrial facilities – must be realised with a view to delivering maximum economic efficiency and sustainability, while simultaneously ensuring their architectural value. The discipline of Construction Project Management can be understood as the sum of technical and commercial project management, and construction project control. Therefore, an increasing number of experts are needed to keep a close eye on and coordinate all aspects of construction.
