Your master’s programmes in DevOps and Cloud Computing
We offer you a choice of two master’s programmes: the 60 ECTS programme in DevOps and Cloud Computing Management or the 120 ECTS programme in DevOps and Cloud Computing.
Your admission requirements for the 60 ECTS programme:
- Completed undergraduate degree
- Proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme (must be acquired after completing the undergraduate degree)
- 210 ECTS from the first degree: Direct access possible with proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme
- 180 ECTS from the first degree: Attendance of courses amounting to 30 ECTS AND proof of at least one year of qualified professional experience OR proof of at least two years of qualified professional experience when starting the study programme
- Proof of your knowledge of English
Your advantage: Building on your professional experience, you complete your master’s degree in no time.
Your admission requirements for the 120 ECTS programme:
- Completed undergraduate degree in IT or business informatics to the extent of at least 180 ECTS
- If your undergraduate degree does not have a corresponding focus, you can be admitted via a master’s entrance exam.
- Proof of your knowledge of German or English
Your advantage: You invest a little more time and expand the knowledge from your bachelor’s degree.

As a DevOps (Cloud) engineer, you create, automate and manage CI/CD pipelines. By integrating development infrastructure into the CI/CD pipeline and IT operations, you make sure everything runs smoothly. In addition, you supply automated self-service IT infrastructure. It is your responsibility to implement the monitoring and the observability of software products on the basis of on-premises and cloud computing.
