As an operations manager, you plan and control various processes. You optimise business procedures and make sure they are contributing to your success, always keeping an eye on your defined goals. Which goals these are is also largely dependent on the industry you work in. Whether it’s social, cultural or public institutions, mid-size companies or start-ups – operations managers are always involved in value generation.
International growth manager
As international growth manager, you identify opportunities for growth on each individual company level. You have profound knowledge of the market and know precisely where to unlock potential on a political, economic and technological level. If you decide to go into consulting, you will be the contact person for customers who are looking to do something big. Alternatively, you can work directly in a company as an advisor to management level.

As an intercultural manager, it is your job to make sure that corporate communication, representation and action does not miss its target. To this end, you are involved in many areas of business, including marketing, HR and product development.
