Regardless of whether you have already gained experience in management or are aiming for a management position, your Master's in Engineering Management ideally prepares you for management positions in engineering or consulting companies. One of the main goals is to link the disciplines of Technology and Management. Therefore, you will be equipped with the management knowledge and skills to lead engineering teams through challenging projects. You will gain a holistic understanding of how to solve complex problems that Technical Managers routinely face. You will also learn to use the changing dynamics of Technical Management in an international context to successfully participate in building advanced product developments through the use of Industry 4.0 and IoT.

Your professional future in Engineering Management

After completing your Master's in Engineering Management, you will be in a position to take on management tasks in the engineering sector, to design processes within the scope of Product Development and to not only integrate their financing into the operational events, but to actively control them. Furthermore, you know how to use the systems that are absolutely necessary in engineering-based and production-oriented companies in a results-oriented manner and to drive forward their implementation process in the individual areas.
