- Completed undergraduate studies with a focus on Economics or Business Administration totaling at least 180 ECTS
- From a state or state-recognised college/university
- Final grade of at least "satisfactory"
If your first degree doesn’t focus on any of the aforementioned topics, you can be admitted via an entrance exam.
In principle, we can credit your experience acquired outside of higher education.
The alternative means of admission are individual exceptions to the aforementioned general admission requirements and ensure the necessary qualifications for postgraduate degrees. Admission is granted at the discretion of the institution.
For the English-language study programme, we require proof of your English language skills. We accept the following:
- TOEFL (min. 80 points) or
- IELTS (min. Level 6) or
- Duolingo English test (min. 95 points) or
- Cambridge Certificate (min. grade B)
Please note: The proof must be submitted before the start of the study programme and must not be older than five years. If you have already completed your first degree in English or if English is your native language, you no longer need to prove your English language skills separately.
As an IT Manager, you are responsible for the entire IT of a company. In doing so, you ensure that this is aligned with the company's goals. You will play a key role in the digitalisation of the company and will be responsible for IT Operations, IT Project and Requirements Management, Software Development and IT Security, among other things.
IT Security Manager
As an IT Security Manager, you are responsible for implementing and planning measures to avert criminal attacks on internal company data. The area of responsibility begins with prevention, continues with the active search for existing security gaps and their closure, and ends with the planning of defence strategies in the event of a hack or similar emergency situations. In both cases, you document the work performed and notify Management about any progress, problems and the planned course of action.
IT Project Manager
As an IT Project Manager, you oversee projects in the field of IT. You are responsible for the smooth running of project processes, create specifications and guidelines or take care of optimising their course. With consideration for the needs of your company, you create documentation and consult with the specialist departments and other Project Managers.
